@michael_hows Don’t do it.. I ordered a ramp on the 6th Feb and no dispatch notice or response from them when I chased. Reviews on the website looked good then found on trust pilot that many people have purchased a dog ramp and it hasn’t turned up.

@UPS @UPS_UK Part of a shipment from the US has gone missing! 1 of 2 parcels came today but customs needed to be paid. Over 1hr it took to get through to pay! Not only is it backward to turn up with a parcel with no means to pay there and then.. Now the other parcel is missing!😡

@OasisFashion I bought a few items in your sale last week and got next day delivery. The item didn’t turn up but got refunded for the delivery charge and told that the items would come by today. I have now been told that the item got lost in transit! What a joke!
