1. Earn it every day. Be grateful for the opportunity.
2. Care about the people around you.
3. Bring a positive attitude and mindset.
4. Effort and finish are non-negotiable.

Entitlement is removed - gratitude is expected.

Everything is earned.

That's the culture and the standard.
