How can these cards be authentic without a seen and readable stamp ? Will @MinofHealthUG issue certificates - parents asking
These pupils were vaccinated at Toto Ndiwulira Nursery on the same date. The stamp of Zia Angelina Health Centre, Namugongo that reportedly conducted yellow fever vaccination exercise can’t be seen and read. Wondering why the cards bear different dates - parents need explanation
