@mattaningram @jsngr This. It would be great to be able to select which platform or framework you're designing for so 1) designs will more accurately reflect what will be implemented 2) the UI can adapt, eg px to pt. 3) can leverage flexbox in web or the layout system in SwiftUI.

@learnframer @UofMihnea @williamteig @framer @webflow Don't get me wrong, Framer is a great tool, but it has a long way to go to be the tool of choice for beginners to design and develop websites.

@learnframer @UofMihnea @williamteig @framer @webflow As someone who is using Framer for the first time and has used Figma for years. Framer isn't intuitive for beginners. Why split pages into Web, CMS, and Canvas. But have components live inside Web pages? Why don't web pages automatically show all breakpoint types? Etc.

When do you think the Vision Pro will have its iPhone moment? 2nd gen? 3rd gen? Later?

Is the @Apple Vision Pro the first game changing product Apple is selling that doesn't have mass appeal? The last time Apple unveiled a game changing product, the iPhone, it had mass appeal. Will the Vision Pro pay off like the iPhone did? Only time will tell.

@MiranoDesigns It's great. I Just wish you could copy specific properties. Sometimes I just want to copy the drop shadows and not the corner radius when I'm exploring ideas.

the vast majority of use cases and it makes designing and implementing easier and faster. Two things that are essential for startups. Customizing will always add more work for everyone now and down the road.

If you're a software designer at a small startup and you have to design across platforms, eg iOS & Android. Do yourself and your engineers a favor and use platform specific elements, transitions, etc. Only customize when it's absolutely necessary. Native elements will cover ...
