Well, it took waiting for 7 months but I FINALLY got the title for my car from @KiaMotorFinance@Kia. What a terrible process and experience. If you plan on financing a Kia or Hyundai of your own I recommend finding your own 3rd party financing.
@DougonIPComm@evankirstel Could be trained personnel or modifying your call flows to enable more self service options so callers don’t have to talk to agents as much.
