Don't you love it when your @StarbucksUK from @JustEatUK is wrong so you inform them that you didn't get the right drink. They tell you to take a picture even though the label shows the right drink the contents is wrong and their response well it's consumable no refund or credit

@JustEatUK how long is it acceptable to wait for a response to a refund? Food ordered Friday came cold app telling me delays with prep but actually your driver had it in his car over half a hour after it was made. Get email Saturday saying still waiting to respond to refund.
