@Uber@Uber_Support I booked a cab today which after going some distance broke down. The driver brought the cab to a garage and cancelled the ride. I was charged for something, where I didn't get the service. Automated reply bots of the app are of no help. I expect a refund.

When did buying overpriced insurance from dealers become mandatory in India? Had a horrible experience with one of your dealers in Kolkata where they refused to sell me a scooter because I refused to agree to this scam.
@FurlencoSupport@FURLENCO The company is failing both from a product and customer service standpoint. It has been days that I have renewed my subscription. Raised complaints. Nothing Solved. Now I am getting calls for collections.
