Azure AKS service currently has a bug in Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) image, which is used on Kubernetes Nodes and because of this, you'll simply be unable to deploy new services, as Kubernetes currently could not resolve DNS names and hence pull images from container registries. #Azure
