@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, thanks for the quick reply. She can't cancel the sim only because it's an 18 month contract. The people in your Barnstaple store also didn't give her a sim or any info so if she cancels her old contract, she's then without a phone. Prefer to call, please DM for my number

@AmazonUK is all well and good until they allow someone to make fraudulent orders on your account, block your account, won't let you contact them unless you're signed in, which you can't do because they blocked it, then make it almost impossible to resolve. Cheers guys 👍
