@tcl_india@TCL_Global I have lodged a complaint over 2 months ago. My under warranty TV is still not fixed even after multiple engineer visit. Kindly replace my TV. Customer care is pathetic.

@tcl_india@TCL_Global it’s been over 2 weeks, my in warranty TV has not been fixed. Everyday some or the other excuse. I bought C7K TV. Support staff doesn’t pick call. We have to follow with them as if we are begging.
@tcl_india it’s been over 2 weeks that my under warranty tv has not been fixed. Local service people don’t pick calls nor they revert. From the day one the TV has been faulty. I am frustrated
@havellsindia@HavellsCare360 it’s been 7 days I gave my fan which is under warranty for repair. Till date it has not been repaired. The problem was from initial days of installation. I raise request, submitted bill also but in vain. It’s scorching hot and no fan.
