Been stuck with @airindia for 2 days trying to reschedule. Agents are clueless—one said ₹16,720, another ₹58k, one even asked ₹60k. Actual fare is ₹37,350 ($450). Already flew VTZ–DEL on July 18. Asked to “file a complaint” & yet till now, no resolution.
