To avoid >1.5 degrees, IPCC says world needs to be zero emissions by 2050.
Developed countries like Australia need to get to zero long before then- ie 2035.
Electricity needs to get to zero emissions before that -ie 2025-2030.
Where's our plan to cut emissions by 6-8%/year?
