We had our Flight from Delhi via @IndiGo6E to Kualalumpur and from KL to Melbourne via Malindo Airlines. This requires the passenger to hold a visa, if you are an Australian resident (PR visa) you are eligible to get transit pass on arrival. We repeatedly kept telling them.

Instead of helping us out with a solution, the supervisor is asking us to leave the airport because without their staff we cannot exit, I mentioned we need some time and will make a few calls, they left and we were stranded at the airport for 3 hours.

@MY_Airports I am an Indian Passport holder, holding Australian PR visa, travelling from Delhi(India) to KL via Indigo Airlines from KL to Melbourne via Malindo airlines. Can I get transit pass on Arrival in Malaysia or do I need to have a Malaysian visa from Delhi itself?
