3 months running & the laptop still not working. the laptop was with u over a month & now returned stating nothing can b done. simply asking for a refund paid initially to get it fixed, can't trust @urbancompany_UC

@UC_Assist No they didn't, called up and disconnected saying will be calling back in 5 minute.. Then you technician called, I don't want to talk to the same person who has no understanding of the product.. Also, tell your support not to call at 9:30 in the night..

Got the laptop repaired and started facing Issue very next day.. Since then your technician has been trying to find out the teasone.. And now they are saying it is the motherboard. It was never there.
