@saminalrights Having dined as a vegetarian at 4 different Michelin restaurants, the quality of the food at #satbains is phenomenal in comparison. He executes vegetarian dishes to the same exacting standard as the other menu so I think you will find he is not prepared to compromise on quality.

However, at home, fridges do not accommodate many upright bottles. In the door is not ideal due to unstable temperature movement so it does end up being stored horizontally. All the more reason to consume quicker!
