@gloomyrexie greek yogurt is such a safe food! it has great protein to cals ratio, and vv versatile. i use it sweet and savory breakfasts. i like it for granola bowls, oatmeal, and for dips/sauces cause it’s so low cal
@aphroxotic oh girl sameee, i do 1200-1250 cause i wanna lose but i also don’t wanna gain back all my weight in case i don’t eat in a deficit. tbh idk how ppl out here are doing 500-700cals daily cause it’s so much easier to gain it back
