🚨 عاجل: واشنطن ترفع رسميا حظر صادرات السلاح أمام إثيوبيا

17 سبتمبر 2026 -أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية شطب إثيوبيا رسمياً من قائمة الدول الخاضعة لسياسة رفض صادرات السلاح، ضمن تعديلات على لوائح الاتجار الدولي بالأسلحة (ITAR).

وبموجب القرار، حُذف البند الخاص بإثيوبيا من اللوائح، تنفيذاً لتوجيه أصدره وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو روبيو في 5 فبراير الماضي، أنهى بموجبه سياسة رفض تراخيص تصدير المعدات والخدما�� الدفاعية إلى الجيش الإثيوبي والشرطة والاستخبارات وقوى الأمن الداخلي الإثيوبية.

ويعني ذلك الإجراء أن طلبات تصدير الأسلحة والخدمات الدفاعية الأمريكية إلى هذه الجهات لم تعد تُرفض مبدئياً كما كان الحال في السابق، بل أصبحت تخضع للإجراءات المعتادة التي تتطلب الحصول على ترخيص وموافقة من الخارجية الأمريكية.

መሪዎቹ ወደ ስብሰባው በአንድ መኪና!

የሩሲያው ፕሬዝዳንት ቭላድሚር ፑቲን እና የኢትዮጵያው ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ፣ @AbiyAhmedAli በህንድ በተካሄደው የብሪክስ ስብሰ�� ወደ መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሹ በአንድ መኪና ሲጓዙ ታይተዋል።

መኪናው የፕሬዝዳንት ፑቲን ሲሆን፣ ፑቲን ወደ ውጭ ሀገራት በሚያደርጉት ጉዞ የራሳቸውን የፕሬዝዳንት መኪና ይዘው መጓዛቸው የተለመደ ነው።

በተለምዶም የፑቲን መኪና እጅግ ጥብቅ የደህንነት ፕሮቶኮል ያለው በመሆኑ፣ ሌላ መሪ አብሯቸው ሲጓዝ ማየት ብዙ ጊዜ የሚታይ ነገር አይደለም።

በዚህ ጊዜ ግን ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ ከፑቲን ጋር በአንድ መኪና ወደ ስብሰባው ሲጓዙ መታየታቸው ትኩረት የሚስብ ነው።

ይህን እንደ ተራ የትራንስፖርት ሁኔታ ብቻ ማየት አይገባም፤ በዲፕሎማሲ ዓለም እንዲህ ያሉ ምስሎች ብዙ ጊዜ የመሪዎችን ቅርበት፣ የግንኙነት ደረጃ እና የጋራ ፖለቲካዊ መልዕክት የሚያመለክቱ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ።

ፑቲን የሚጠቀሙት የፕሬዝዳንት መኪና Aurus Senat የተባለ በሩሲያ የተሰራ የቅንጦትና ከፍተኛ ጥበቃ ያለው ሊሙዚን ነው። የፕሬዝዳንቱ ልዩ ስሪት የታጠቀ (armored) ሲሆን፣ የሩሲያ ፕሬዝዳንታዊ ኮንቮይ ዋና አካል ነው። ፑቲንም በአንዳንድ የውጭ ሀገር ጉዞዎቻቸው ይህንን መኪና ይጠቀማሉ።

በዚህ ጊዜ ግን ዐቢይ አህመድ ከፑቲን ጋር በዚሁ መኪና ውስጥ አብረው ሲጓዙ መታየታቸው ትኩረት ስቧል። በተለይ የፕሬዝዳንታዊ መኪናውን ጥብቅ የደህ���ነት አሠራር ስንመለከት፣ ሁለቱ መሪዎች በአንድ መኪና መጓዛቸው በራሱ የሚያስተውል ነው።
