The #H2B cap was hit on February 18th. USCIS did't inform us of this simple to relay fact until February 26th. During that delay, we had to waste over $1,000 in FedEx expenses overnighting petitions that won't be processed. Why is this acceptable? #H2B #SaveH2B #ReleaseTheVisas

I can confirm that @USCIS has started sending out #H2B receipt notices. It does not appear that there will be a lottery.

Based off of feedback from our member agents, we estimate that the demand for the visas will be in the 30,000 range, give or take a few thousand. The returning worker provision lessens the demand due to the lack of eligible returning workers.
