Re: Super League ⚽️. In 2017 we asked CAS to ask FIFA to explain why USA was allowed to operate a closed league, even tho Article 9 prohibited it. CAS ruled that FIFA could selectively enforce its statutes. IMHO, the CAS decision set precedent for Super League's creation. Thread:
