An incredible review of a book that got me excited about the possibilities of writing again after a rough stretch - I highly recommend this collection ❤️
@samtaylorpoet You wrote an incredible collection, Sam. Here is to hoping everyone does what they ought to do, which is pick up a copy and study it very, very closely
Really amazed and so grateful for this review of The Book of Fools by Z.L. Nickels @HereAndNow44. It not only does justice to the ambitions of the book, but it also is ambitious in its own right about the possibilities of a review, developing a 2nd review "from the underworld."🙏🏽
For centuries, we've believed in the binary of the lyric. In The Book of Fools (@NegCapPress), @samtaylorpoet shatters this belief in astonishing fashion. My two reviews-in-one of this collection (@Colorado_Review): non-classical logic and original works.

Thanks to @Patrick_T_Henry and @HeavyFeatherRev for this brilliant review. The Book of Fools is "an essential reminder that the present catastrophe is neither distant nor abstract...that it has permeated the membranes of every cell in our bodies, every relationship in our lives."
Thank you @HeavyFeatherRev for publishing my review of @samtaylorpoet's THE BOOK OF FOOLS (@NegCapPress 2021)! Check out my review, and hope you check out this timely meditation on grief, plastic, and the environment.
Check out @samtaylorpoet’s newest offering — The Book of Fools: An Essay in Memoir and Verse (Negative Capability Press, 2021) and the full conversation: https://t.co/F5MfEtqBVl
America is a nation of people who either abandoned or were stolen from their homes, as well as people whose homes were taken away. For now, I can only make home in the truth of this land, broadly, & the truth of our time. @samtaylorpoet talks w/ @estebanjrod11 today!
Celebrated the pub day today of The Book of Fools: An Essay in Memoir and Verse with Oysters on the Potamac. Oysters on the Potamac is not part of the title. They were just too good not to capitalize!
@dchiasso I can see that. I'm always amazed at how Allen Ginsberg ended up in capitalist ads as part of its pantheon of American heroes. Capitalism subsumes everything, adopts its pet anti-capitalist.
