Eg If his wife phoned and he got the call. System instantly told his supervisor that he was accessing joint account. who not only monitored the call but watched what he did.

@medicalmodelbri @drsanjoykumar Only time I know of automatic referral is by Police at time of arrest. In coroners cases when findings question staff conduct. Referral to regulators should be automatic. Depending on how heavy the coroners finding are. It should also inc auto interim suspension.

So if RCN want confirmation then it's not difficult to get. Wonder if staff side have acted on this. Or been told to leave it be? The RCN either believe it's ok or not. Saying nothing is no longer an option.

I do however have over 20 years pre hospital care experience. Both has a senior officer and trainer.

It was not put on the congress time table until after the survey had come out. Voted though via show of hands with result given on the nod of congress chair. Is hardly a true mandate.

It was one of the last things towards the end of congress. No vote taken as it was a matter for discussion. It was a total none event with no real debate. As most of congress has become.

No one should hold any senior role within the RCN. Unless they are still a working hands on nurse. Having ones who don't is part of the problem. It's also time the gen sec was directly elected.

Which is more than the senior RCN leadership can claim to be. Believing Congress is some open to all grass roots member lead event. Is pie in sky, any real debate is soon shot down.

None of this increasing "policy" of attack at all costs. Has ever been put to the membership. The select few have no mandate. They don't speak for the majority.

Other than one debate which was carefully controlled. To make out BMA was anti all advanced practice. She her colleagues or wider nursing friends have no issues with BMA or Dr's. Or seen or experienced Dr's being hostile.

@nursewigglytuff @parthaskar @theRCN It's clearer than ever to see just how out of touch the RCN has become. Members have tried to regain control. Every time they have the elite find ways to hold on. The question now has to be not how to save it. But what comes next ?

@ExplosiveEnema2 @theRCN Some ANP members have openly talked about being bullied by management into going things like this. The RCN simply won't talk about, publicly say it's happening. Instead they've gone on the attack defending this stuff. Selling ANP's who won't play the game down the river.
