They are regarded as having ‘true sacraments’ but they are not valid ‘Catholic’ sacraments due to their current excommunication. Difference between validity and authority

Yes these marriages are always in our parish, and I think in England, certain priests essentially get automatic permission from bishops, because asking seems only to be a formality. My parish for example has never been refused a mixed marriage that I know of
