Although it’s taken a while, reviews are slowly coming in & I can’t thank people enough for giving my writing & silly ideas the time of day 🙏🏻

@SpineWhispers Thanks! Getting some readers but it takes time. Must take a lot for people to commit to reading a debut novel from an unknown, self-publishing author (who has next to no following)… but i’m not expecting anything unrealistic, i write for the joy of it first & foremost.

Spooky season is here, so why not get comfy with a pumpkin-spiced drink and step into a world of underground kingdoms, ferocious goblins and blades in the dark.

If that sounds tempting, consider reading my debut novel 😊

@temilayoooo Agreed, definitely my preferred way to read, but as someone who lacks space to store books and travels alot for work, ebooks are a blessing.

@thebeach_today @sven_piper I’d argue Greenland 2, Toy Story 5, Supergirl, Disclosure Day, Scary Movie, Mandalorian Grogu, Mortal Kombat 2, Devil Wears Prada 2, Lee Cronin’s The Mummy, Scream 7, How To Make A Killing, Wuthering Heights, Mercy & Primate are all worse than Resident Evil

@tega_ebi Take a week or two to let it settle and digest, then jump into the next (same genre if i enjoyed it, different genre if i didn’t)

@3000centipedes 💯 and don’t tell me about the pacing, acting or cinematography. tell me why you liked it & how it made you feel.

@KupcakeProse 💯 agree. If i find myself in a rut, i skip ahead and allow myself to think about other aspects before coming back (sometimes weeks or months later) with fresh eyes. I often find myself quickly remedying the problem then
