I finally have a live action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon (Case No. 3:25-CV-2139-AB) involving post-Ramos confinement and related constitutional issues, as well as a parallel SB 1584 appeal now active in the Oregon Court of Appeals.
