@M04006106@socsoyboy shared orientation itself can matter to ppl. A bi person can value bein bi4bi bc sharin bisexuality matters to em w/o believin straight/gay ppl r inferior. one can value shared exclusive orientation w/o believin bi ppl r inferior. Wuld bi ppl exclusively datin bi ppl bigotry?
@Bryce_Estelle Like a bi person might value datin another bi person bc sharing tht orientation matters to them. gay/straight partner culd be equally lovin & loyal yet not match tht preference. Im usin compatibility as personal fit, not claimin one pairing objectively functions better.
@Bryce_Estelle matching orientations I mean straight + straight, gay + gay or bi + bi both exclusively attracted to each others sex. compatibility can also mean matchin on traits one values in a partner. tht makes them compatible wit tht preference, not inherently a healthier or better couple.
@socsoyboy Dont disagree tht women CAN be bigoted toward bi men sum are. I disagree tht not dating bi men proves bigotry by itself. If she thinks bi men are dirty, inferior, unfaithful, thts prejudice. If she simply values a partner exclusively attracted to her sex, thts very reasonable
@Bryce_Estelle not sayin straight + straight is inherently more compatible. 2 ppl can be equally loyal, loving, functional while still not matchin on a trait 1 person values. For sum, matching exclusive orientations is part of compatibility. dont inherently mean viewing bi ppl as lesser
Not sayin 2 straight/gay ppl r inherently more compatibles, sum folks simply value the symmetry of im exclusively attracted to ur sex & ur exclusively attracted to mine. Dont make bi ppl less loyal, loving nor does the preference inherently require prejudice thou it certainly can
@iloveyOOOOu1399@ForthInas @Prof_ManLover I think ths where we mostly agree. My issue is treatin the preference itself as proof of bigotry instead of the reasonin behind it. “Bi ppl are dirty/cheaters” is prejudice. “I value a partner exclusively attracted to my sex” isnt a negative claim bout bi ppl. Those aint the same
@iloveyOOOOu1399@ForthInas @Prof_ManLover Im in full agreement THOSE reasons r rooted in prejudice. But I think ppl can value havin a partner who is exclusively attracted to their sex as a matter of compatibility, while fully acceptin a bi partner can be j as loyal, healthy, etc. The preference isnt inherently homophobia
@DomClare@VIkesin18 It’s BHM go read web dubois or Ta-Nehisi Coates. No nuisance in your perspective of the world. Don’t even have unique views j says things outta ignorance. j believe ur opinions are law and everyone else idiots smh ur a 40 ur old child who gotta grow up and experience other ideas
@DomClare@VIkesin18 Ppl like you suckkkkkk, y’all j complain n complain about transgender ppl in sports without offering any solutions or ideas.
you don’t want people who were born male to compete in woman sports fine so where do they compete or u dgaf and j wanna be angry n hateful.
@DomClare@VIkesin18 Ur a joke, talkin bout George Floyd like black ppl were praising him. Floyd was unjustly killed by the police which has been a theme of violence for black ppl since 1880s. Black Americans are fighting for a better relationship btwn law enforcement and their neighborhoods.
@DaneMooreNBA Can you please ask finch or kat/ant why they don’t run more PNRs? Or why don’t you think they run it. I just don’t get why they don’t spam that action espically during crunch time
@Prelape13 @pierrefleury_ Yeah it’s messy and needs a lot of nuisance. I agree thou she should have the space to say that freely and the message in itself is important. Ngl it is bit confusin for me, for someone to speak on it then go add more sexual content to the world. But I Appreciate the convo
@Prelape13 @pierrefleury_ Fasho as u should, the men harpin on her and leavin nasty comments doesn’t help. More ppl should have paid attention to her og message and not her makin a OF but yk ppl morals are all over the place
@Prelape13 @pierrefleury_ I’m j giving context to why some ppl may be upset on what she did. She shouldn’t have been fired tbh that’s unfair. She was right about her original stance on men and sex but then makin an OF tht might not make sense to a lot of folks
@Prelape13 @pierrefleury_ She can do OF but again it’s like u advocating for moderation of alcohol n then opening bar and knowin some of ur customers will be alcoholics. It mortally doesn’t seem right. The problem is fasho men but the solution (To me) isn’t adding more sexual content
