Couldn't get more disappointed by @wizzair wherein today at madina airport the checkin desk team stopped my wife to board because they didn't know UAE visa on arrival rule & even when madina airport authority & other airline staff there informed them the rules they were confused

@wizzair She has successfully boarded with another airline which shows that how wizzair ground staff have clearly denied to follow rules of @GdrfaRobo @GDRFADUBAI , That is quite disrespectful to see how one airline can openly deny to follow immigration laws of @UAEImmigiration

@wizzair_callrep The on ground team initially didnt even want us to confront them in front of immigration & when I put customer care on loudspeaker they started giving excuses that their software won't allow her.later we forced them to meet airport authority -conclusion book with another airline

@wizzair We know you guys wont respond so eitherway a law suite is going to happen for such malpractices to go against UAE immigration laws and making your own rules to stop passengers from boarding to sell the seats
