Facebook's app is literally showing me one ad every two regular posts, plus a bunch of stuff I don't care about (like reels, suggested pages and friends wishing happy birthday to people I don't know). Why should I even bother to continue using it?

A lot of people seem passionate about creating chatbots. Am I the only one who can't stand them? Every time I have to engage with customer support, the first thing I do is find the fastest way to speak with a human.

@EmileAndHisBots Well yes, good point. I think they do an excellent job when you are not expecting to speak with a human, such as if you are interacting with a robot or for NPC dialogue. But as you say, when I'm in need of assistance they only become an obstacle to overcome 😅
