@RailwaySeva NZM–PUNE in 2nd AC (Coach A5). The AC has not been working for several hours in this sealed coach and it has become extremely suffocating for passengers. Very disappointing service. Requesting urgent action and immediate resolution.

If there was an outage this big in a Private company, management would've started firing people by now. Because someone ignored something which he/she thought wasn't critical but was indeed important.

@Swiggy Great match, but please explain how is 79mins for a delivery is "FAST" or "ON TIME". This "Arriving in" is on 19 mins for last 15 mins. I don't know how am I supposed eat dinner at 10.30PM even if I ordered food at 8:44PM. Not good @Swiggy
