🚨 NCW flags sexual harassment, toxic workplace & POSH failures at TCS Nashik BPO unit in a 50-page report released on May 11.

The National Commission for Women, which took suo motu cognisance of the complaints, found evidence of systemic bullying, a hostile work environment and lapses in implementation of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) mechanisms.

The report submitted to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on May 8 also alleged that the accused attempted to influence young women by portraying Islam as superior to Hinduism and allegedly denigrated Hindu beliefs and deities.

Honourable PM Narendra Modi today encouraged revival of Work From Home, online meetings, and video conferencing to reduce fuel consumption and support the nation during the global energy crisis.

We request all IT companies to allow WFH wherever feasible.

🚨Serious allegations from a Nashik IT company involving sexual harassment and forced religious conversion have come to light — a deeply shocking and unacceptable development in the corporate sector.

The accused — Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, along with a woman whose identity is undisclosed — must face strict legal action if proven guilty.

IT companies MUST take sexual harassment complaints seriously and act immediately under POSH law. Silence or delay is unacceptable.

The company in question must come forward and issue a clear public statement. Accountability and transparency are critical.

Any attempt to exploit the workplace for coercion—personal, ideological, or religious—is a grave abuse of power and a direct attack on employee safety and dignity.

Appreciate Maharashtra Police for acting swiftly and initiating a probe. Justice must prevail.
