@drmhowrah @EasternRailway @RailMinIndia Gallons of water is regularly wasted behind Uttarpara Station(UPA) Ticket counter building due to running of water pump continuously. Nobody cares to stop the pump. Urgent action needs to stop the waste of precious water.
