Worst management by the Ministry of Finance – the Income Tax website fails when it is needed the most.

Instead of extending deadlines, the Ministry of Finance should first fix the Income Tax website. Extensions without working systems are meaningless.

Every year the same story – deadlines, extensions, and then a crashing website. Taxpayers deserve better from the Ministry of Finance.

The Ministry of Finance should be held accountable. If citizens are expected to comply on time, then the Income Tax website must work on time.
