Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare My office's WiFi has been down for days, and I'm not able to reach them via any of their mentioned modes of contact. Every time, it's an automated computer response which makes me run around in circles with no clear answer.#jio #jiofiber

I tried visiting one of their local Jio stores to resolve this issue but they said that it's only for jio sim and not Jiofiber. When I asked them where can I find one, They said they had no idea and suggested the same course of action which the app said.
