Terrible services by @reliancejio My service call on 1st Aug is pending after 7 days. No response from the team. Can't access #myjio becasue of some "hold" which the team can't reverse. Terrible terrible services

This is opposite Daffodils on Sama Road. This mess of Vadodara Municipal Corp is unresolved for the past 3 years or more. They do patchworks which last about 10 days, and then this reappears. This is also a major traffic hazard @CMOGuj @drhemangjoshimp @Vadcitypolice

@TRAI This is to bring to your notice the insensitivity of @VodafoneIdeaIN in sending inflated bills, refusing to acknowledge the error, and then justifying the action. Repeated visits to their offices and email have yet to bring a yield. Kindly suggest what rights we have.

I have been faultily charged by VI on my two accounts, and despite several calls, email, and visits to their offices, they have a standard reply that the billing is correct. They are not even concerned to understand the nature of complaint.
