बिलकुल सही। देश में बैंक कर्मियों और इनपर काम और “टारगेट” का दबाव इस तरह बढ़ गया है कि ये बहुत तनाव से गुजर रहे हैं। कई बैंक कर्मी दूसरी नौकरी के तलाश में हैं। उसपर इन्हें समाज का भी “उचित” सपोर्ट नहीं मिल रहा है। इनके काम करने की दशा पर भी बात होनी चाहिए

Banks have become too toxic for its employees. Officera have become sales agent now who are given targets to complete a particular number of sales. If they can't then he has to listen all sorts of expletives MC BC from manager in front of everyone.

Manager also cannot be blamed as he himself is under immense pressure from higher ups. The higher you go in the heirarchy the more pressure you have to handle. There is no fixed working hour no work life balance.

People there who are under 30 are always looking for alternatives to escape this hell.

I know of several bankers who quit their govt job over the pressure mounted on them at workplace. Some tell me banks are the only institution facing tremendous pressure to implement central govt schemes. This video is of meeting of officials from Canara Bank. This kind of behaviour at display here is only going to aggravate the condition.
