Most GPU costs don’t come from compute.
They come from everything around it.

3,601 engineers downloads crunr.
Yet none of them were looking for a tool.
They were looking for a way out.
Out of idle bills. Out of 3am pages. Out of Slack threads about GPU access. Out of 3 days of setup before one training job runs.
One command gave them that.
crunr
Got an idea.
Built a landing page to validate it.
Posted everywhere to get early access signups.
Now the waiting game.
Will it work? Honestly no idea.
But I’d rather find out in 3 days than 3 months of building. 👀

3 ideas survived.
All 3 have the same thing in common:
→ Real people are currently paying for something worse
→ I am the target customer (I’ve felt this pain)
→ I can reach the audience without paid ads
Now I validate before I build a single line of code.
The filter that killed 47 of my 50 ideas:
“Is someone RIGHT NOW losing money or time because this doesn’t exist?”
Not “would this be nice to have.”
Not “people might use this.”
RIGHT NOW. Actively losing something.
I’m starting a challenge today.
$0 → $10M ARR. Building a SaaS from absolute zero.
No idea yet. No team. No funding.
Day 1 starts now. I’m going to document everything : the wins, the failures, the pivots.
Follow along if you want to see how this actually works. 🧵
