The question is
If the truck was not placed by CJP supporters, how did a CJP person confidently locate a random truck standing in some corner?

How did they research the sizes of the stones in such a short time?

A Mumbai govt hospital advised a pregnant woman's family to consider transferring her elsewhere, as pre-delivery fetal assessment indicates her newborn will likely require NICU care, and all of their NICU beds are currently occupied.

The woman's husband called Shiv Sena (Shinde) corporator Ramesh Mhatre, who arrived with his goons and assaulted doctors and nurses.

If you understand how hospitals work, you'll know a bed not being available is not the doctor's fault. You can't ask another critical newborn to vacate a bed, nor can you provide NICU care on the floor, nor can you "arrange bed from some other dept" because a NICU bed isn't just a bed, it comes with ventilators, monitors, oxygen, infusion pumps, and other life-support equipment.

So the blame, if any, goes on the govt. But doctors are the easiest targets, and assaulting them earns politicians easy political mileage.

I know some will say, "Doctors are evil and deserve it," and that's fine. I'm not seeking sympathy. This post is for parents and medical aspirants. Unless your parents own a hospital, you choose govt jobs with better working conditions like the Army, paramilitary, or Railways, plan to pursue USMLE (or an equivalent pathway), or intend to move to private practice where you can arrange your own security, think carefully before choosing this profession.

Most govt hospitals are hellholes. You can serve patients well for decades and still end up being abused or assaulted by a tenth-pass corporator, a publicity-hungry politician chasing cameras, or patient relatives who think every death could have been prevented if only the doctor had "tried harder."

आपने इसे गंभीर कहा है, लेकिन मैं एक कदम आगे जाकर कहूँगा, यह केवल गंभीर नहीं बल्कि करोड़ों रामभक्तों की आस्था पर गहरा आघात करने वाली अत्यंत पीड़ादायक घटना है।
एक रामभक्त कारसेवक के रूप में, अप्रैल 1987 की अयोध्या मंदिर निर्माण संकल्प रैली का बालक के रूप में सहभागी होने के नाते यह पीड़ा मैं भी महसूस करता हूँ।

इस विषय के दो पक्ष हैं तकनीकी और राजनीतिक।

तकनीकी पक्ष-
यह है कि ट्रस्ट से जुड़े मामलों में पहले क़ानून यह है कि ट्रस्ट अपनी प्रक्रिया अपनाता है, उसके बाद सरकारी जांच होती है।
इसके बावजूद सरकार ने सीधे तत्काल एसआईटी गठित की। एफआईआर भी तभी दर्ज होती है जब प्रथमदृष्टया साक्ष्य उपलब्ध हों, ताकि मामला न्यायालय में टिक सके। एसआईटी की प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट मिलते ही ट्रस्ट ने

एफआईआर दर्ज कराई और आठ आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। अंतिम रिपोर्ट अभी आनी शेष है। इससे स्पष्ट है कि सरकार संवेदनशील, सतर्क और कानूनसम्मत कार्रवाई कर रही है। जो लोग बिना SIT Report के प्राथमिक साक्ष्य के तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की मांग कर रहे हैं, ये वही लोग है जो धर्मांतरण के लिये सैकड़ों करोड़ पाने वाली संस्थाओं से FCRA उल्लंघन पर कहते हैं कि सरकार को तो किसी भी ट्रस्ट या संस्था से कोई सवाल ही नहीं पूछना चाहिए ।
यह दोहरा मापदंड जनता देख रही है।

राजनीतिक पक्ष -
में प्रश्न केवल यह नहीं कि क्या कहा जा रहा है, बल्कि यह भी कि कौन कह रहा है। जिन्होंने अयोध्या के अपमानित, आतंकित, कलंकित और रक्तरंजित किया वो आज चिंतित होने की बात कह रहे है। वास्तविकता में तो वो चिंतित नहीं अंदर से आनंदित है कि Eradication of Sanatan Dharma के लिये कैसे इस अवसर को प्रयोग किया जाय।

परंतु भगवान राम के नाम पर श्री राम के पवित्र धाम पर जिस किसी ने अपराध किया है, तो उसे इस लोक में राजदंड हमारी सरकार सुनिश्चित करेगी और परलोक में धर्मदंड और कर्म दंड भगवान सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

A heated argument broke out onboard Train No. 22440 Vande Bharat Express running from Katra to New Delhi.

Passengers confronted railway catering staff, including a manager and server, over an alleged overcharge. According to the passengers, they were asked to pay ₹1,600 for items that should have cost only ₹1,400.

But the dispute didn’t stop at the extra ₹200.

The passengers also claimed that when they asked for the complaint book, railway staff failed to provide it. Frustrated by the response, they repeatedly stated that they would escalate the matter and file a formal complaint with railway authorities.
