@EtihadHelp Thank you etihad . She was booked in Oman air and landed in Mumbai now . There was no email communication but figured out checking our itenery on etihad site which added an Oman air flight to her reservation. It all worked out

@AirIndiaX need to initiate a refund with 24 hours of booking for full refund . Tried calling contact center but no one picked up even after 45 mins .

@AirIndiaX Hello I want to make sure a full refund is issued as its within 24 hours of booking as per DGCA. It would be better that I get to change the flight from morning 4 am to 13.50 . That’s why I am looking to reach to someone to speak to
