बिहार सरकार ने जीविका से जुड़े लाखो ��ैडरों का मानदेय दुगना किया यह काबिले तारीफ है लेकिन उन लाखों कैडरों से परियोजना के कार्यो को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करवाने और करने वाले कर्मचारी से भेद भाव क्यों?उनका भी सैलरी सरकार को बढ़ाना चाहिए
