My package is valid till 7 Jan 2026 (yesterday was last day). Booking showed "Package applied (₹0.00)", but Uber charged extra ₹175 after ride.
This has happened 4-5 times last year. Unethical! Please refund & fix this.

@Uber @Uber_India I am a daily rider of Shuttle and would like to give feedback based on Shuttle. Most of the Shuttle vehicles are force Travellers is pathetic due its conjusted seat.
Secondly, UBER Shuttle has certainly increased the package amount and downgrade its services.

My family and I had a frustrating journey on April 11th, 2024, traveling from Chennai to Kolkata on train number 12840 (3AC, coach B7). Here's what went wrong:

Overcrowding: The situation was made worse by severe overcrowding. The ticket counters in Chennai apparently issued more general tickets than there were available seats, leading to chaos on the train.

Even in our 3AC coach, there were instances of three passengers occupying a single seat. There were allegations of TTEs accepting bribes to allow unauthorized passengers in 3AC compartments.
This experience definitely fell short of expectations.
