Kerala High Court orders the return of the unlawfully taken Thirumandhankunnu Bhagavathy Temple to the hereditary Trustees.
Temples belong to the Deity and the devotees, not the government.

Tamil Nadu Temple Money Controversy!
Tamil Nadu has thousands of temples, all managed by the government. These temples collect donations, and the surplus money needs to be kept safe.
In Feb 2026, the DMK government passed a rule: temple funds could be deposited in two state-owned finance companies: Tamil Nadu Power Finance Corporation (TNPFC) and Tamil Nadu Transport Development Finance Corporation (TNTDFC).
Soon, over ₹2,700 crore of temple money was placed in TNPFC. Problem? TNPFC has a BBB(-) credit rating; the lowest grade allowed for deposit-taking companies.
Logical arguments:
- There’s no government guarantee protecting these deposits.
- The move violated the TNHRCE
- Temple money was being used as a source of government financing.
The Madras High Court Judges asked: why risk temple money in shaky finance companies when safer options like scheduled banks exist?
In short: Temple donations were invested in a financially weak government company without safeguards, sparking a legal battle.
Thanks to .@trramesh ji for protecting Dharma 🙏🏽
Ultimate Goal: Free all Hindu Temples from the Government Chains
Top 10 reforms the new Govt under Chief Minister @CMOTamilnadu Joseph Vijay should urgently implement in Tamil Nadu to correct the @tnhrcedept which administers Hindu Temples in a pathetic manner. Hope Shri @RameshOffcl takes all steps to thoroughly reform this corrupt and inefficient Dept.

Great Victory for Temple Worshipping Hindus in Madras High Court today! !
Afraid of losing ₹2700 Crores of Funds of Hindu Temples, Mutts and Endowments from Tamil Nadu - and more afraid of a “run on the bank” situation - TN Govt undertakes to give a sovereign guarantee for the Deposits of Hindu Religious Institutions with TN PFC - in the PIL filed by me.
It was the Hon’ble Bench’s suggestion on the previous hearing - that Govt can give sovereign guarantee for these deposits.
Regarding huge financial violations Govt and TNPFC are given 8 weeks time to file their replies.
My deep gratitude to Senior Counsel Shri S Ravi who argued the case for my Advocate B Jagannath 🙏🏼🙏🏼
My appreciation towards Learned Advocate General Shri Vijaya Narayanan and Learned AAG Shri Balasubramaniam for their correct advice to the Government 🙏🏼🙏🏼
More good news about temple cases in my next tweet.
Jai Shri Ram!!
Har Har Mahadev!!
Not less than Rs.2700/- Crores of Temple Funds illegally invested in BBB(-) rated Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.
An NBFC owned by Tamil Nadu Government but not guaranteed by it.
On Wednesday Hon'ble Division Bench asked the Learned Advocate General and the Learned Additional Advocate General whether TN Govt will guarantee the safety of temple deposits -
Lets see what the Government is going to say today during the hearing
The Delhi High Court just ruled against Google in a trademark case that every Indian founder needs to know about!!
Hindware sued because searches for "Hindware" returned competitor ads - Cera, Grohe, above their own listing. Customers looking specifically for Hindware were being intercepted at the moment of highest intent.
The court ruled it trademark infringement. Competitor keyword bidding on your brand name is now legally actionable in India.
Search your brand name on Google right now.
If a competitor's ad appears before yours, you have a case, and your competitor has a problem.
This reshapes performance marketing in India. Keyword bidding on competitor names is standard practice across every category - beauty, fintech, edtech, D2C.
The brands doing it most aggressively are also the ones most exposed to this ruling. Let's see how this pans out.
And what are you going to call this now ?
@AudreyTruschke
- Evangelical/Marxist distorians well funded running amuck pillar to post and well aided by the limelight and support across news and print media just to preserve western subversion on Bharath’s heritage to just keep up their hegemonic control gets more pathetic and desperate day by day!
Thank God for Information Age!

@authoramish Anything whose source is India suddenly is attributed to sone Proto group where no proof is needed. The racist whites cannot bear India as source of any culture or civilisation.

"We need to FREE hindu temples from state control 😡"
BJP in 21 states has NOT freed a single Hindu temple
The #FraudOfBJP is that it offers itself as a solution to problems in states it doesn't have power yet while offering no solution in the states it does have power now
The feedback I got back about the review meeting that took place yesterday is that the Secretary Kumaragurubaran IAS pushed for continuing the same type of activities which @PKSekarbabu did the last 5 years.
Activities which cost Hindu Temples ₹5000 Crores in 5 years. Perhaps more. My request to @RameshOffcl is to put his foot down and revamp the Department for God’s sake.
