ST list had 241 tribes, today it has 744

So where these castes are coming from?

If even after 70+ yrs, not a single caste has been uplifted via reservation, that itself shows "Reservation is a failed policy".

General Category in India basically means: Work as hard as you want, expect zero government support, even if you deserve it.

Meanwhile, the current reservation system is failing the very people it was built to protect:

1️⃣ Generational Creep: Kids of IAS/IPS officers are still claiming reservation benefits meant for the underprivileged.

2️⃣ Monopolized Quotas: In UPSC 2024, ~55% of ST seats went to “Meena” community representing 0.3% of the population, leaving 700+ other registered tribes in the dark.

3️⃣ Punishing Merit: Instead of rewarding talent, we're actively discouraging it and denying seats to deserving candidates.

The Fix?
📈 Scale up EWS (Economic) reservation over time.
📉 Phase down Caste-based reservation over time.

Reservation should be a stepping stone, not a permanent privilege.

2. Reservation was also meant for only backward communities with "inadequate representation"!

3. Reservation was also meant to be on minority seats!

4. Reservation was also supposed to be for uplifting communties, not make them more backward!

My Facebook got suspended by @Meta for posting reels that are entirely mine. I am told there is some blackmailing gang who takes advantage of some glitch, they backdate downloaded reel, upload it, ask for a ransom and then in three strikes, it vanishes.

@facebook doesn’t give any human review. Their AI is unable to see that a person who posted 200 reels with his face. Same with @Instagram.

A case is pending with HC as multiple individuals have been a victim of this.
