Ease into your Sunday morning with this 3-minute Breathwork practice:
Step 1: Find a comfortable position and set a timer.
Step 2: Inhale through the nose for 5 seconds.
Step 3: Exhale through the nose for 5 seconds.
Step 4: When done, go enjoy your new, refreshed self!

I've been teaching movement for 15+ years.
Many clients come to me because they feel lost in a group Pilates class.
They say that they find the breathing patterns both confusing and distracting.
I always tell them not to worry about getting the breath "right".
Why?

Tip 1: Exhale for Effort.
Tip 2: Keep in mind that INHALATION expands vs. EXHALATION flexes the body.
Tip 3: Just breathe normally. Instead:
- Feel body sensations.
- Focus on external output.
