Talking with Rogers support. I have been doing speed tests on my internet and have been getting 500mbps despite paying for a plan that is supposed to give me 1.5gbps. Their solution was to reboot. Finally decided enough was enough and called to cancel. 1/3

Now they want to charge me $225 cancellation fee. Sure - I’ll pay that as long as you reimburse me 2/3 of what I’ve paid the last 3 years for the partial service I’ve received. They then asked if I ever asked for a technician to come. SERIOUSLY? I needed help and was told REBOOT!
