@Delta The wait time for #Delta#customerservice is unreal. I’ve been on hold for hours and the line just disconnected. Now I have to wait another two hours for help and hope it doesn’t drop again. Is anyone actually there?
@drbeen_medical Hi Dr Been! In your next Q&A could you decipher these research articles about ADE and Covid? I’m seeing some virologists conclude that this could mean an issue with vaccines and herd immunity. Would love your explanation! 🙏🏼

@CarlyMusleh Totally. This is why I find Chinese Medicine can be a helpful solution because our practice principles depend on accounting for bio-individuality. Still, acne and chronic skin disorders can take a lot of time to heal regardless.
LOVE that you are bringing up the *parroting* of cosmetic claims, and asking these VERY important questions! Can’t wait to have a cup of tea and read this! @joshrosebrook @kjaynebecker
How do cosmetics claims get substantiated, why do they get parroted, and whose job is it to make sure the claims we see from brands are truthful? Our latest #podcast feat. @Cosmet_Claims - the woman who literally wrote the book on the topic. Tune in here > https://t.co/o3QCo1MHSd
@CarlyMusleh As someone who treats acne with Chinese med...I see so much bio variance among individuals. Some cases in my care are affected by diet, but many are not. I like studies to provide one kind of data point, but they don’t seem able to account for bioindividuality.
@cvaldary I’m not for Trump but I am for healing. Really appreciate and respect you for holding space for dialogue in a non judgement space. Otherwise, what chance do we have for healing the fractions tearing this country apart? Thank you for your voice!
Great stretch for people who sit at desks.
It's called the Couch Stretch.
1. Place knee on a mat
2. Place foot on a couch or bench
2. Slide leg in
4. Squeeze butt & raise arm
5. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds
Your hips & low back will thank you for doing this.
@CCgunnells@drbeen_medical@Arm_i_n@EricTopol LOVE @drbeen! He is one of the best sources for medical and Covid news. That is, if you’re a fan of medical accuracy delivered without the apocalyptic narratives.
However for facial Gua Sha, I definitely recommend a specifically designed tool. If you’re interested I have a line of tools for the cultural authenticity inclined:

Lol @elea you just said the quiet part of my brain out loud...
Also, if you’re doing authentic style Gua Sha on your neck/back to fend off a cold, you don’t need a fancy tool. My fave is a simple metal lid...
I buy these in bulk for use on patients, and for myself. They are way more comfortable when trying to pull Sha. A clean mason jar lid works too.

Great thread by @joshrosebrook re formulation realities of actives whether by natural or synthetic sources. Agree with him 💯 and hope with better guidance, skincare choices can be made with more facts, less fiction.
@MedicinePrimal Reporting in from Brooklyn, the drop in population density makes it feel better here in some ways, depends on the neighborhood. The outdoor dining scene is kind of amazing too. Protests are peaceful, and we certainly have not become PDX (as it looks on TV anyway).
