@British_Airways delayed again today, boarding staff were utterly shocking seat allocation changed for no reason, in need of some serious customer service training, on flight staff was not great and paid for wifi that never work on an overpriced business class fare!

@AdmiralUK our neighbour has now been homeless for 2 nights due to burst water pipe. Called you on Saturday afternoon when it happened, he has now called back twice and been told someone would get back to him by 6pm last night and still nothing! Appalling!
