@nikocameron Best to aggregate across groups of pages. One group for your control and one group for your test. You need to ensure your groups of pages are as similar as possible in terms of traffic too. Hopefully that will control for some of the spikes in your traffic.

@VirginTrains Why is your refund process so convuluted? I would like to refund an unused ticket, and I am bounced around multiple contact points without resolution, and what has started out as a simple request is now turning into a complaint. Why?
