@Flipkart @amazonIN Placed a prepaid order at 12:06 AM on Oct 9. Expected delivery: 2–3 days. Instead, repeated "slightly delayed" updates and changing dates. On Oct 23, an automated call offered replacement or cancellation. I cancelled and got my refund within minutes. My @Flipkart BBD experience.

[Sandy @sandy_solemn]

@Flipkart I ordered at midnight when the sale began. Delivery has been delayed 3 times, with no clear ETA, and I can't cancel either. I've now ordered the same item from @amazonIN, even though my money is stuck with you. You've lost my trust and future business.

[Sandy @sandy_solemn]

@Flipkart @amazonIN @Flipkart Will I ever receive my prepaid order? You have my money, you haven't delivered the product, and you won't even let me cancel! How is this any different from a scam? Should I simply consider my money gone?

[Sandy @sandy_solemn]

@Flipkart @amazonIN @Flipkart Where are you guys? My order has been stuck at your facility in my city for days, yet you can't deliver it! Meanwhile, @amazonIN has already delivered the exact same item I ordered AFTER posting this complaint. This is beyond pathetic! What a joke of a delivery service!

@HULPureit @HULPureit Is reducer not allowed by pureit if someone already have angle valve for water purifier fitting? Do they have to replace their angle valves with pureit water divetors?

[Sandy @sandy_solemn]
