We discussed the intro of the NHS and how the school clinics kept on top of us even with the dreaded nit nurse. We also discussed that the same generation are now a low priority for the generation they done so much for. Just to let you know, we also had a lot of laughs

I just had a call from a 92 years young lady from Knightswood to thank us for popping a letter offering support through her door. I was really taken on by her doing that and we had a great chat.

I gave her our genuine thanks for coming through a war as a wean, being part of a generation that gave us penicillin on demand, a vaccine for polio, diphtheria, measles, tuberculosis and more.
