Jio Fiber Providing Worst internet Service
Don’t buy JioFiber for your office
Even when your internet connection appears completely fine, you may still be unable to access important websites like Income Tax, GST, Udyam, etc.
And the worst part? These issues always seem to occur around due dates, when the workload is already at its peak.
Their engineers and support staff are unable to provide a proper solution. The only “solution” they keep suggesting is:
Shut down your router for 8 hours.
If the problem still isn’t resolved, shut it down for another 8 hours.
That’s apparently the only solution they have.
This is nothing less than mental harassment for professionals. It completely disrupts work, wastes valuable time and creates unnecessary stress during critical due dates.
Personally, I would not recommend installing JioFiber at any professional office.
@JioCare@reliancejio
@R_N_Vaghani Ma'am, If all the MPs, MLAs, IAS Officers and Goverment Officials and we people work true and fair view, we will be ahead of any other country (but this is an adverse opinion 😄)
I support #ExtendTaxAuditDueDate but not for the reasons you state. There is no compulsion on you to accept assignments far in excess of your capability to deliver on time. Late release of ITR utilities have no bearing on tax audit . You are not auditing returns and certifying tax liability like it was the case in Form 704 in VAT.
Also the 2 month gap is ridiculous excuse as you knew this since February.
The extension is required for 2 reasons:
1. Clauses of Form No.3CD require a load of data that is irrelevant and non-actionable. CBDT is aware and has deleted these from Form No.26. They could have made everyone's life easy by deleting them from Form No.3CD but they did not. They SHOULD do so whether or not they extend the due date. If they don't delete these clauses, load on portal will be high even during extension period and we may have to seek further extension in October end.
2. ICAI came out with Tax Audit Guidance Note on August 5. In future, ICAI should come out with Guidance Note by April 30 or slip the edition that year. With regard to TAGN, I would render all possible assistance from my end if approached timely by ICAI's DTC.

Dear Chirag Chauhan Sir,
With due respect, I would like to understand on what basis it is being stated that sufficient time has been provided this year?
Ideally, the gap between the due date of the Audit Report and the ITR (Audit Cases) is 2 months.
However, this year only 1.5 months have been provided — that too after the Court’s intervention, not voluntarily.
Further, the time gap between Audit Report filing and ITR filing is ideally 1 month,
but this year it is effectively 0 days.
Moreover, within this 1.5 month period, we also have Navratri, Diwali vacation, and multiple major Hindu festivals, during which staff availability and working capacity are naturally reduced.
In such circumstances, how can this be considered “sufficient time”?
Kab? Kaise? Kis hisaab se sufficient time hai, Sir?
We genuinely seek clarity from your side.
