This is 1000% true!! We’re not going to be perfect with this bc we’re human, but if we approach holding students accountable with this mindset everyone wins and culture gets stronger 💪!!
I don’t understand why giving kids the opportunity to try, get feedback, and try again during football practice is considered good coaching, but giving kids a chance to try, get feedback, and retest in an academic course is enabling? #AmImissingsomething?
